hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Tiger Of Sweden AB i Stockholm Tiger of Sweden is looking for an experienced and highly creative Head of Women's wear design with a strong vision and developed design handwriting who can elevate and evolve the Tiger of Sweden brand aesthetic, along side the Creative Director and overall strategic brand direction.
We are looking for someone who is able to drive the creative process working closely with the women's wear design team and Creative Director on the development of the seasonal fashion collections.
Primary responsibilities:
Design and develop the seasonal women's wear RTW and accessories collections, working primarily with the women's design team and closely with the Head of Menswear and the wider design and product development teams.
Overseeing and driving the development of concepts, materials, sketches, trims and hardware for product development across all product categories within the women's wear collection.
Requirements:
Deep understanding of garment construction with a particular focus on and experience with formal tailoring and coat construction as well as dresses and fluids. Deep understanding of proportions, fabric, techniques and elevated finishings.
Minimum 8-10 years international working experience desired in premium or luxury level.
BA or MA in Design required but not obliged to be fashion.
Experience with the entire creative process from initial idea to final product.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively; be a strong communicator; driven and inspirational.
Self-motivated, diligent and organized with the ability to manage teams effectively.
