In the position Head of Warehouse Operation, you will be responsible for the daily operation in the internal warehouse function in Falkenberg. This includes both all manual operations, automated operations and empty goods operation. Budget responsible for all cost centers included in daily warehouse operation. You will also be a member of warehouse management group in the budget work, target and KPI settings, and follow-up.
You will also be responsible for ensuring people performance management processes are followed within own team - regular individual performance appraisals are carried out, and people performance managed effectively and according to HR standards
Main responsibilities
Making plans for implementing overall and individual targets for each area and supervisors in the warehouse operation
Identify, propose, initiate, and participate in cross functional improvement projects
Setting overall operational targets and improvement projects, based on budget targets
Implementing the plans (TIP) both on overall operational level, and ensuring individual plans reflecting the overall plans are followed up
All relations to and negotiations with unions regarding people working in warehouse operation
Good cooperation and relations with all relevant cross functional teams in Carlsberg Sweden (end-end)
Good relations with employees, unions, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders
Manage and drive continuous improvements (LEAN)
What we are looking for
We believe that you have at least 5 years of proven experience in leading larger warehouse teams, budget and warehouse operational performance, managing budgets and delivering performance, through quality and control in all aspects of cost and safe work environment. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
As a person you have a strong and clear leadership profile. You are a true team player with positive attitude the ability to challenge the current ways of working towards change and improvements. You are self-motivated, analytical and result oriented with a structured way of working. To be the perfect match for this role you have great communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
