Lead the transformation efforts to implement Fit for Purpose Models, including Agile Methodologies, Lean Six Sigma Practices, DevOps, Business Models, Product-Oriented Operating Models and System Thinking.
Cultivate the development and growth of team members, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and creating opportunities for skill enhancement and career progression.
Build a culture of successful teams and self-leadership, instilling an attitude of continuous improvement and innovation.
Champion innovation through structured programs on EIT level aimed at creating new value from ideas, focusing on both Product and Process Innovation.
Drive the transformation to new operating models such as Product Operating Model, Lean Agile, DevSecOps Ways of Working and Scaled Agile, with an emphasis on collaboration and empowerment
Lead a team of Agile coaches that delivers coaching at individual, team and organizational levels in Product Management Practices, Lean Agile and DevSecOps and Leadership Development.
Create offering for training in Agile Frameworks, DevSecOps Practices, Product Management Practices, and provide consulting in Business Agility, Fit for Purpose Operating Models, Ways of Working and organizational transformation.
Set up an Incubator Hub, where innovation and transformation ideas are incubated and brought to life.
You will bring
Validated leadership experience in roles of growing responsibility, with a track record of successfully driving organizational transformation, innovation, and culture change.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Solid understanding and experience in implementing Fit for Purpose Models and Agile methodologies.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to engage with multi-functional teams and stakeholders.
Agile and innovative approach, with a passion for staying at the forefront of transformation and innovation trends.
Strong in people leadership, develop an environment of dedication through trust, transparency, diversity and effective enablement.
