hela Sverige Responsible for RCS PMO & Transformation Total Supply Chain, including both internal and external Supply Chain (Operations/Manufacturing sites). Implement divisional long term strategic vision and short/medium term objective in line with overall RCS vision and objectives. Implement and monitor standard processes and tools in operations, procurement and supply chain across the division.
Drive KPI based measurements to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure high standard productivity, process stability and quality for our product. Manage the Performance (PMP), provide regular feedback and support team members. Ensure HSE is priority in our external and internal production sites.
YOUR ROLE
• Ensure efficient Supply Chain organization, support implementing of footprint strategy;
• Define Governance for training, mapping of skills, support career path in Total Supply Chain;
• Lead Global Operational Procurement Centre, define with regions and commodity management areas to be transferred;
• Stimulate cross-functional interaction;
• Operational Governance, define process and implementation among Supply Chain and cross functionally;
• Adapt Group Governance to RCS business;
• Adapt and implement standard tools and processes, reports and KPIs;
• Drive BT transformation initiative within Procurement, Operations and Supply Chain;
• Support Internal and external audits;
• Co -develop and deploy divisional Procurement/Supply Chain and Operations strategy (short, mid and long term)
• Transformation: Integrate the wayside into RCS & Wayside total supply chain
• Implement and monitor the application of standard processes, KPI and tools across the division
• Lead Global operation Centre, define with regions and commodity management areas to be transferred
• Conduct a consolidated review of KPIs across all projects in division.
• Engineering Degree, Commercial Degree with procurement background complemented by a demonstrated track record of success;
• More than 10 years of experience in Procurement, Operations and/or Supply Chain areas;
• Extensive experience in defining and deploying strategies, leading transformation/cross-functional projects and governance monitoring;
• Experience in leading international teams;
• Leadership and people management skills;
• Strong analytical skills, Project Management skills, Cost reduction mindset;
• Solid level in Microsoft Office Applications, E-mail application, Solid working knowledge in ERP systems, eProcurement tools, Web-Browser;
• English at a business fluent level is mandatory;
