This role has the responsibility to lead and directs the technical function which includes to improve existing work processes, methods as well as the technical efficiency of machinery and equipment. In addition to this, there is a responsibility to contribute to the development of new services, processes, and standards which support the terminal's existing business strategy.
Key responsibilities
Safe and efficient maintenance operation, supporting end to end operational and customer service needs
Different innovative technical projects that includes infrastructure as well as SW
Full life cycle responsibility of terminal assets
MSc in either software/mechanical/electronics engineering
Experience from developing automatized environments e.g warehouses/logistics/production
Experience from implementing technical projects which has improved customer experiences with help from technical solutions
Skilled in lean concepts and/or other modern working methods
Proven track record from leading in change including work with competence management and organisational development
Project management skills
Genuine interest in new technology solutions
Excellent communication skills
Excellent skills in English and Swedish both oral and written
Persistent, entrepreneurial drive and proactive
Analytic mindset
Strong in building trustful relations with peers as well as employees
