We are now looking for a Head of Technical Operations to our customer that will lead the technical operations team that supports the technical infrastructure. The team is ensuring the availability and scalability of the technical environment. You are implementing controls and procedures and are responsible for incident management and disaster recovery plans. An important on-going work is also to automate deployments in co-operation with the software development team. In your daily work you are monitoring, operating and maintaining the infrastructure that consists mainly of virtualized Linux based servers. They deploy in the cloud using leading hosting platforms such as AWS.
Requirements:
• 5+ years' relevant working experience
• Solid experience in operating and maintaining Linux based environments
• Experience in operating and scaling high-transactional solutions
• Experience in scripting and in virtualisation
• Experience in DevOps and in cloud services platforms such as AWS
• Previous leadership experience is an advantage
• Excellent English skills verbally and in writing
