Ericsson is inviting applications for a dynamic People Subject Matter Expert who proactively discerns emerging trends, identifies problems, and understands business needs. You will provide innovative solutions, design and implement strategies, policies, processes and tools in your area of expertise. Guiding global suppliers and providing expert advice, you will ensure consistency and globalization.
What you will do:
• Develop, deploy, and maintain subject matter strategy regarding global processes, policies and directives.
• Collaborate with the leadership team, providing expert advice and support.
• Direct the measurement and control processes that monitor the implementation of strategies.
• Manage the communication of your strategies, effectively relaying your ideas and progress.
• Assist with defining and driving the implementation of people solutions, initiating corrective actions and improvements when necessary.
• Represent Ericsson at external events, maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge.
