hela Sverige The Tachograph Services tribe at the Service Portfolio & Delivery department is responsible for services regarding legal compliance. Our focus is on remote download of tachograph data and compliance with respect to European legislation on working-, driving-, and rest-hours for mobile road transport activities. We are now looking for a Group Manager for the DevOps team Tachograph Solutions.
The role
On this assignment, you will have an important role helping the team to strangle today's monolithic on-prem solution and deliver a modularized cloud-based solution that scales with business needs. You will have a variety of tasks such as coaching and competence development of employees, coordination with Product Managers and working with continues improvements. As we strive for autonomy within a tribe, you as a manager have an important task to support and coach your team, to ensure that development work is coordinated and aligned to avoid sub-optimisation. You are also expected to support the team in working closely with key stakeholders within Scania, such as Scania IT and R&D. Furthermore, you will work closely with the other managers within the section Customer Digitalisation.
Your profile
We are looking for a can-do mentality combined with an analytical mindset and structured way of working. An interest in the customer offering is important. To fit the expectations of the role you must:
• have servant leadership experience - interest and knowledge in leadership
• have a customer centric mindset and understanding the transport business.
• have a desire to make each day better
• are interested in agile IT development and continuous development of working methods
• have experience leading a team through a cloud journey
• have relevant academic engineering or equivalent degree
A background check might be conducted for this position.
