Job tasks/assignment
As Head of Sustainability, you have an important role in inspiring, leading and managing the Tube Division to a more sustainable business. You will be responsible for developing Tube 's long- and short-term sustainability strategy with a high ambition to make a shift in our operations and our offer. Further you will be responsible for setting and monitoring targets, plans and procedures in line with the strategy both at Division and Business Units. You will also be responsible for EHS Management System for SMT at Site Sandviken to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance against local legislation.
The area of sustainability in this role includes:
• Safety - Our goal: Zero harm to people
• Circularity - Our goal: More than 90% circular
• Climate - Our goal: Halve the CO2 impact
Your profile
We see that you have a bachelor's or master's degree in science or technology with minimum 5 years of experience of sustainability work within manufacturing industry. Experience of working with EHS management system standards (ISO45001, ISO14001) is an advantage for this position.
With your personality you are able to inspire people in our high set ambition to make a shift in sustainability. You have great verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. You enjoy streamline processes and to see measurable results of improvement.
