The leader heading this organization needs to have a strong network in Volvo Group, be a proven inspirational business leader, a collaborator, a person that can develop partnerships and operate successfully in complex business situations. A person that has purchasing strategic and operational savvy. A person that drives progress and that has exemplary business skills, technology and process know how.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As Head of SNR & PM, you will drive and be responsible to ensure a resilient supply network readiness from project start through the entire life cycle.
Required knowledge/experience
• Significant and recent experience in senior leadership roles in a global purchasing function in the Automotive industry.
• Extensive experience from working in global multicultural business environments.
• Experience from purchasing leadership roles abroad
• Exceptional strategic thinking, judgement and analytical skills.
• Confident decision-making ability, informed by business and financial acumen and a deep understanding of technology and business strategies
• Knowledge in and extensive experience of Volvo Group processes
• Ability to manage different requirements and expectations through strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proven ability to build long term trusting relationships. Applies outstanding influencing and partnering skills to deliver results through influence and matrixed organizations.
