Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Line Manager Supply to create and ensure customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Supply Chain. You will be heading Ericsson Supply Hub in Sweden, leading an organization with 100+ employees and be part of Group Supply EMEA leadership team.
You will:
Lead the team to fulfill customer orders and deliveries in a cost efficient way and on time
Secure seamless collaboration, communication and cooperation across the E2E supply operational flow from inbound, dimensioning, planning, order management and customer delivery to defined destinations
Ensure efficient and automated supply hub operation in line with Group Supply industry 4.0 transformation journey
Hold accountable and responsible to secure the performance of outsourced partner of hub Sweden
Engage proactively with MELA and MMEA stakeholders to secure Customer commitment
Engage with end Customers whenever necessary
To be successful in the role you must have:
Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of Supply experience
Experiences working with Market Area and Customers are preferred
E2E Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
Senior Managerial skills
Proven leadership behavior
The interest and desire to lead people
