The scope for Service Market Logistics includes Supply Chain Optimization, Inventory Management, Distribution Center operations, Customs & Trade as well as the development of logistics solutions to ensure the highest possible parts availability, delivery precision and quality everywhere in the world. You will report to the VP Business Control and have a dotted line to the VP Supply Chain Optimization.
You will be a part of the two respective management teams. The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main activities and responsibilities
Supply Chain optimization and inventory planning is tightly connected to both Regional activities and Operations Excellence
You are expected to have control over the consolidated and global service market inventory development. You will use your knowledge and skills to support the regional controlling network in order to optimize control and analysis of service market inventory, both in absolute terms and in relation to freight cost
Drive development and analysis of stock related KPI 's in order to achieve optimized and healthy stock
Owner of the internal control documentation such as guidelines and policies, within the area of service market inventory
Drive development and analysis of KPI 's in the area of refill freight optimization in order to achieve a healthy balance between inventory and refill freight
Handshake freight optimization effects with Regions
Supply Chain Optimizaton OPEX controlling
Risk and opportunity analysis within the area of Supply Chain Optimization
Support in operational and strategic investigations and activities for VP Supply Chain Optimization, within the area of finance
Coordinate the Supply Chain Optimization BRM (Business Review Meeting) structure and material
Drive continuous improvements
Take an active part in the management teams in order to develop and drive the business forward

Essential experience, skills and competencies
We are looking for an enthusiastic and assertive candidate who enjoys working in a team and multiple networks within an international environment. You can manage stressful situations in a constructive way and can set limits when it is required. You communicate openly and effectively and have the ability to adapt to new and changing demands while seeking for improvements. To be successful we believe that you are solution- and quality oriented. You respond to challenges by reaching out in the matrix organization and working cross borders. You are smooth and thrive in an extrovert role with numerous contacts, mainly internally within the company.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a global environment
Master or Bachelor degree Finance administration and/or Business Administration or similar
Ability to understand, interpret and communicate financial information in a clear and concise way
Experience in the service market business is beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Customer oriented, open minded, flexible and ability to work simultaneously with a wide range of tasks in a structured manner and deliver according to promise
Self-propelled, planning and execution skills and ability to independently drive and solve complex tasks
Experienced user in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Essbase, SAP and QlikView
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
