hela Sverige We are now looking for a Head of Supplier quality to our Pulp and Energy business line.
The coming years the Supply and Category Management organization will have a strong focus on improving its suppliers on-time-delivery and quality.
You will lead the Supplier quality function and report to the Director Procurement Development and Supplier Quality.
Your main responsibilities as Head of Supplier Quality are to:
• Develop P&E's global supplier quality processes and tools and support its implementation in each Supply center
• Coordinate and support global supplier quality resources in our ten locations.
• Build up external quality control resource network
• Specify required competences
• Responsible for Supplier Sustainability Program
Requirements: To succeed in this position, you have a broad overall knowledge of company procedures in project oriented organizations.
You have competence in quality management systems and it is an advantage if you have experience from other more comprehensive quality requirements, e.g. EN and ASME standards.
You have hands on experience from manufacturing industry through previous positions within purchasing, production or quality management.
You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
It is an advantage if you have leadership experience as a direct manager or from leading in a matrix organization
You have a problem-solving mindset, you work in a systematic way and you have good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
You are fluent in the English language
You are ready to travel on a regular basis
