Aeronautics is now facing a challenging journey in order to meet our customer expectations and deliver on our commitments. We need to perform high class sourcing and supply in order to support aeronautics production and program strategy as well as deliver and support in the supply chain of our current and future customer flows. The challenge ahead for supply and sourcing is within source to production, secure supply capabilities and establish long term supply performance for our programs
As our current Manager for Supplier Performance Mgm is moving on to other assignment, we are now looking for the right candidate to fill this position.
Your main responsibilities are

Secure performance and quality in current and new supply chains
*
Follow up and improve supplier performance
*
Process Owner for Manage Supplier process
*
Implement and establish supplier scorecard for Aeronautics supplier base
*
Contribute to the establishment of Aeronautics supply chain strategy
*
Execute and follow up on supplier quality and performance plans
Your profile
Skills
*
Previous Leadership experience, preferable as manager
*
Supplier Quality experience
*
Overall ability to plan on Strategic and tactical level
*
Sourcing and supply experience
*
Proven track record of defining what and how
*
Experience to work in international environment
*
Drive and lead change
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
You will be part of the Procurement leadership team, and lead a team of ~10 people with Supplier management and supplier quality responsibilities. You will have a central role in the current change journey in order to lead and create ability to implement and secure supply the supply chain
You are expected to collaborate cross boarders and work with colleagues and stakeholders within different Business areas with in SAAB and especially within BA Aeronautics and establish and maintain good relations.
