Our hop temples and cathedrals of craft beer are nothing without our passionate and awesome staff who live, breathe and dream beer.
We are now looking for an awesome human being that can head stuff up in our latest bar and steer it to success.
This is a full time position, with about 85% bar work and the rest is steering the good ship BrewDog Norrköping. You will be responsible for ordering beer (and selling it!), scheduling, stock taking, meeting targets, attending monthly managers meetings and other standard managerial stuff.
We're looking for someone with loads of energy- we expect that you've previously held a bar or restaurant position with some form of responsibility and want to develop those skills.
We will train you in running the bar and all things BrewDog, but we require tremendous people skills, a few years background in the restaurant business (with an added network that follows) and of course a strong passion for craft beer.
We love new ideas on how to improve the bar, our processes and everyday work. Maybe you're super creative and have an eye for aesthetics? Awesome, this will be used in the bar for sure!
Needless to say, we take chemistry into consideration- we want our Norrköping team to love coming to work together every day!
