Since we opened in May 2016, we have preached the holy hop and the mighty malt to the awesome Malmö folks and loads of great tourists finding their way across the bridge from Copenhagen!
We are now looking for an awesome human being that can head stuff up in our Malmö bar and steer the bar to success - interviews will take place on an ongoing basis and the position is to be filled late 2017.
The position itself is about 85% bar work and the rest is steering the good ship BrewDog Malmö, You will be responsible for ordering beer (and selling it!), scheduling, meeting set targets, attend managers monthly meetings and other standard stuff.
We are mainly looking for someone with loads of energy that up till now held a bar or restaurant position where they had some form of responsibility and want to develop those skills. Needless to say, we take chemistry into consideration as we are eager to have teams working together enjoys coming to work everyday.
The team in Malmö is absolutely amazing and it's always a blast coming there!
We will train you in running the bar and all things BrewDog, but we require tremendous people skills, a few years background in the restaurant business (with an added network that follows) and off course a strong passion for craft beer. Maybe you have a very creative and easthetic side? Awesome, this will be used in the bar for sure! Had some experience in hitting targets, understanding the financial side of running a bar and such? Amazing!
We encourage ideas on how to improve the bar, our processes and everyday work, as this itself is a part of us.
