Mission:
To manage tenders and be responsible for the documents required for tenders and prequalifications, adhering to the guidelines defined by the Director of Studies and Contracts and in accordance with corporate guidelines, in order to obtain the works needed for meeting the division's planning targets.
Functions:
• Coordinate and supervise the drafting of tenders for the Studies and Contracts Department.
• Coordinate the compilation of the administrative documents (tenders, tax and duty) required locally.
• Prepare the documents for offers on the basis of the tender.
• Coordinate the drafting of the budget for tendering and prequalification.
• Verify the suitability of the financing required for the tenders.
• Receive and/or send documents to and from other companies, in the case of a consortium/JV tender.
• Supervise the updating of databases on previous works, staff and machinery.
Krav/Essential requirements:
• Academic title as engineer.
• At least five years of experience as Bid Manager or Cost Estimator in the Swedish construction sector.
Önskemål/Desirable requirements:
• Spanish language skills.
