What we offer
As the head of Strategy & Business Office for Corporate Functions you will lead our joint work within strategy, governance, quality assurance and business support. You will work close to our executive management team and other functions, connecting the dots between different initiatives driving our progress. What you'll do
In this role your main responsibilities will include but not limited to (in collaboration with your team), is to drive the company's People Strategy together with our subject matter experts, as well as the framework for prioritization and follow-up within our unit. You will set up governance and decision structures that enables speed in execution. You will work closely with head of Corporate Functions in running management team meetings, preparing executive management team dialogues. You will own quality (both ISO and business impact metrics), risk assessments and audits for Corporate Functions, both the structures and driving mindset change. You will translate company wide initiatives and strategies to relevant actions for Corporate Functions and driving change projects. You will manage M&A projects, sold services and interactions with other companies, especially within the Geely group. You will lead and drive cross functional initiatives that spans over the full value chain and company.
Who you are
You win by collaborating, building trust and driving results. You have a strategic mindset, but you are also action-driven and make change happen. You have experience of working with senior executives. You excel at connecting dots from different areas and putting it together to actionable item, and with your communication skills you get others to understand the purpose and feel engaged to deliver. You are great with oral-, written- and visual communication and presentation.
You have possibly worked as management consultant, change leader or similar, where you have built business acumen and understanding of what is required to make strategies and new concepts have business effect. Beneficial if you have experience of working with M&A initiatives. If you do not have experience within the subject matter areas of Corporate Functions you are a quick learner.
