For us, mobility stands for much more than just cars. You will be responsible for and the "influencer" for blueprints, global strategy and planning. This role is not merely an important strategic one, but also crucial as the glue in our close relationships with for example China, R&D and Design.
As our Head of Strategy you will work closely with the ZEEKR EU MSS management, Product management team members, as well as the department colleagues.

This is what you will do most of the time:
• Understanding market, competition and customer trends in the larger mobility domain with a mid/long-term timeframe
• Lead the company's strategic planning process in a comprehensive way (vehicle and digital product, marketing, commercial)
• Assess and validate business model opportunities in the new mobility domain
• Formalize strategic blueprint in coordination with senior management
• Create and lead the vehicle and digital product development prioritization framework
You have probably done something like this:
• Educational background in Engineering or Business
• Well documented experience in various positions in planning, strategy, connected and digital products
• Experience from an HQ/Region office
• Proven experience within the automotive industry
• Experience in mobility, consultancy, marketing positions
• Documented and successful managerial experience leading mid-size team (direct reporting) with the ability to influence senior management decisions
