As Head of Store Operations, you will be globally responsible for the operations of our stores, driving and implement development projects and initiatives to improve the efficiency and customer experience in the stores. You will also guide your team of approx. 15 direct reports.

Main Responsibilities
• Set clear goals and structure for the Store Operations department
• Ensuring a clear and robust way of working for all H&M stores globally
• Measure and follow up consistency of store operations in our stores, areas and countries
• Oversee the process of developing, training, rolling out and following up new solutions for the customer
• Provide long distance coaching and guidance for up to 30 Country Store Operations Managers
• Have a clear vision on how to develop store operations

• Strong problem-solving skills and methodology
• Fluent in English; both written and spoken
