Job Summary
• The Head of Sourcing Transformation will be globally responsible to run the Services Sourcing transformation program to achieve the transformation objectives approved by Executive Sourcing Steering Group
• Head of Sourcing Transformation for BNES Services Sourcing reports to the BNES Head of Services Sourcing and is a member of the Services Sourcing Leadership Team.
• Head of Sourcing Transformation will support the overall business strategy implementation of Services Sourcing and its underlying functions.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
• The Head of Sourcing Transformation main tasks are, but not limited to:
• Drive global Services Sourcing Transformation program definition & implementation
• Collaborate with BU and Regional Sourcing Heads to plan, implement and follow up on transformation mechanisms to lowest-cost structure within -
• Ericsson Sourcing, to meet the business requirements.
• Meet the program transformation financial requirements and ensure that sourcing transformation success factors are achieved
• Establish efficient program management practices & routines to promote performance driven culture.
• Foster a project management Culture within BNES Services Sourcing and challenge peers to find own best ways of working to reach out transformation ambition levels.
• Capture Global & Regional Best Practices and ensure cross-organizational Knowledge sharing.
• Act as an effective member of the BNES Services Sourcing Leadership Team, working towards the overall objectives, including cross-unit and cross business unit objectives.
• Responsible for program/project implementation of global sourcing strategic initiatives
Position Qualification:
Core Competences
• BA, BS, MSC, MBA
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in services oriented business within either telecommunication or IT-industry, business consulting or relevant equivalent experience.
• 5 years' project/program management experience
• Solid experience of external and internal best practices in Sourcing as a function.
• Deep knowledge in Program/Project management methodologies
• Business level expertise in the English language.
• Excellent leadership, communications and presentation skills.
• Excellent technical, financial, management and social skills.
• Business and financial awareness to ensure understanding of the implications that various courses of action will have on costs.
• Competence to co-operate with stakeholders, managers, customers, service providers & sub-contractors on an international level.
