The team, 10 resources, is geographically located in Sweden (Malmö), UK (Nottingham) and Germany (Wiesbaden).

Ikano Bank has the past years been on a major change journey towards being a bank offering best in class digital services. Sourcing is playing a major role in the wide variety of transformational activities needed, ranging from driving Savings Programs to sourcing new suppliers. Sourcing resides within the IT-organization and reports to the Chief Information Officer.

The more general responsibilities will be to create the team that can develop and drive major sourcing opportunities across business areas and countries. Your initial mission is to re-invent Ikano Banks Sourcing organization, capabilities and frameworks, making sure we have a future proof Sourcing setup, with the purpose of making sure we select best-fit suppliers within our eco-system moving forward.
Operating at the center of events, you will have an active role in various decision forums, represent us to external partners and create a great foundation for further development. Are you the one for Ikano?
To be successful in the position it 's important that you are a senior leader with experience from working in a global environment, as either a Category Manager or a Department Head.
You have good knowledge in driving Savings Programs on a strategic level, and are experienced with Supplier and Contract Management. It is desirable that you have In-depth knowledge of IT-sourcing and the FinTech area. You are used to work with change management in a highly structured way and has the ability to shift attention between detail and high level. We are looking for a leader with a straightforward way of communicating and presenting facts in the form of analysis or recommendations that inspires trust and clear decisions from the team and stakeholders. Drive and Deliver are key leadership-skills while at the same time staying true to Ikano Banks Core Values.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• You are mobile and prepared to travel if needed
• You have excellent communication and presentations skills
• Ability to lead and create winning teams
