We are currently looking for an experienced leader to take ownership of a unit that deals with CSS (Cloud Software and Services) Pre-Sales, Project Delivery and Customer Support business at a Tier-1 customer over two Nordic countries within MELA CSS CU NCE.
In this specific role, your leadership and expertise are vital to the success of your unit, orchestrating the seamless execution of presales engagements, projects, and support contracts, ensuring outstanding results for our clients as well as leading a team of highly skilled Program Directors, Customer Project Managers, Solution Architects, Integration Engineers, Service Delivery Managers and Support Engineers based in Sweden and Denmark.
Your team will also support KAM and Client Sales Leads in financial planning and forecasting and in generating new Leads and securing robust sales pipeline while delivering on existing contractual obligations.
In this role, you will report to MELA CSS CU NCE Head of Customer Solution.
What you will do
Ensure Pre-sales, service delivery and customer Support execution in accordance to relevant MELA CSS processes and flows
Work together with MELA Service Delivery and Global Delivery units to execute on the contracts with required efficiency, quality and increased level of Automation and Industrialization to improve services profitability versus Baseline Business Case
Build a productive and healthy work environment for individuals and re-shape your own organization based on business needs
Drive and develop required competences in the organization to be on top of the ongoing Cloud Native technology shift and Agile Service Delivery Model
Nurture and grow talents in the organization to build a sustainable competitive advantage
Be accountable and take the ownership over operational and financial KPIs of the unit
Build a strong customer relationship, join customer governances and be their first Point of Contact for operational issues
You will bring
Education: MSc or equivalent through experience
Experience in the industry: min 10 years of which min 3 years with Leadership roles
Portfolio experience: Cloud Software and Services, with particular focus on 5GC and BSS domains
Strong leadership capabilities
Strong stakeholder management
Self-awareness, Mental Agility, Result Oriented
Deep understanding of service delivery and project management processes and tools
Supervising and responding to challenges in a demanding environment
Good financial competence and skills
Good communication skills
Understanding of Telco Cloud market landscape
Understanding of the Ericsson sales process and models
Location: Sweden - Stockholm (Kista)
