What you'll do
We are now looking for a strategic advisor within the area Solid State Battery Technology. In this role you will be driving new, leading edge technology development and product integration.
As a Solid-State Battery Specialist you will work under the AT&S organization to develop solid state battery technologies employed in energy storage devices. You will also collaborate with various internal stakeholders in order to work with different development activities within R&D, design, procurement and timely delivery of project results.
Another part of the role is that you will act as a project leader handling multiple projects as well as manage teams. According to that you will be responsible for budget planning and future activities. You will also have the responsibility of scoping and scouting for new players in the field and possible future partnerships and strategic investments.
You and your skills
To be successful in this role we believe that you have demonstrated industry experience from a similar role as a specialist within Solid State Battery development. Further, you are a great communicator and networker, engaging people throughout the entire organization which makes it easy for you to collaborate with people. It comes naturally for you to build trust, and you have an open and flexible mind, curiosity to learn new things and a willingness to share knowledge and experience in a cross-functional and cross-organizational team.
We also believe that you to have experience from project management and team leadership as well as budget responsibility and planning. You have ability to communicate clearly and concisely, in written and spoken English, with technical development teams as well as with managers and business teams.
