Do you have a passion for software testing and quality assurance? Do you want to take responsibility for making sure our Test Engineers remain industry leaders on our journey to revolutionizing data integration?
As the Head of Software Testing, you will be the line manager for our team of 12+ Test Engineers. You will focus on helping them to develop their skills; sharing knowledge, keeping them informed and updated about technology, and about our business and strategy.
DigitalRoute's test engineers are part of scrum teams working with product development in their every day work. This means that you have the chance to focus on leadership in your role, but you are also expected to take an active role in assuring and improving product quality. We are constantly working to upgrade the level of test automation so we expect you to have a passion and knowledge in this area as well.
You will be based in Stockholm and be a part of our Product Development management team reporting to the VP of Product Development.
We are looking for someone with leadership experience as well as a good knowledge of software testing and Quality Assurance in an Agile context. It's a plus if you have knowledge and experience in the Telecoms industry. You will have coached and developed test engineers in professional roles before as well as having experience with other roles in a company. You probably have a test engineer or test lead background and experience working in a product company. You are fluent in English, both reading and writing.
As a person you should be a good communicator and have a genuine interest in helping others to develop. You are driven by change and improvement and are open to find new ways of working. You are a good team player who thrives around challenges and are good at analysis and problem solving.
