About the role:
Within the role, you will be required to represent Services Execution internally and externally in the required legal entities and as a Member of the Nordic and Swedish Management Teams.
You will be required to manage and develop relationships cross-functionally including interaction with Project Manager, Product Introduction and Build ensuring strong communication and execution.
Identifying business opportunities and ensuring growth aligned to EBIT, Margin and Free Cash Flow are key focus areas in addition to strategy execution.
You will be experienced in the provision of Traffic Execution and Maintenance Activities including the repair and rebuilding of rail vehicles.
Qualifications
Experience & Qualifications
• Strong financial skills to be able to drive the business and take necessary decisions that takes both financial result and traffic safety into account.
• Key Account management for identified Customers
• Good understanding of Bombardier Transportation structure, Services Business and market position in the Nordics.
• Capability to drive execution of contracts.
• Personal experience of driving B and C projects in Fleet and ALM business.
• Experience of growth and building up new sites linked to new contracts.
• Change management
