Are you interested to join us? At Energy Industries you will lead the Service Delivery team, drive growth in service agreements and field service by focusing on expanding the portfolio, driving sales and to build an efficient service delivery organization. As a service delivery manager, you are responsible for the P&L, implementation of service strategy and to optimize the use of own service resources and utilizing resources from ABB operation performance center in India and Czech Republic. In your team you will have 5 direct reporting managers located from Umeå in northern Sweden down to Malmö in southern Sweden.
You will be part of the energy service management team and located at one of our teams locations, Sweden.
Your responsibilities
Lead the service delivery management team
Localize and drives implementation of service strategy in your team
Drive growth together with sales
P&L responsibility for service agreement and field service
Improve service availability and develops capabilities and competencies
Responsible for Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations in own area of responsibility

Your background
Several years of experience in serving customer from various perspective preferably in a management role
Leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
You are customer focused, engaged, striving for a workplace where our employees thrive, and that customer are satisfied
Fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement
