hela Sverige Galderma Nordic AB is searching for a Head of Self Medication. The position is based in Uppsala and is responsible for a team of 7 employees. The role reports to the General Manager and is a part of the management group. The position is a permanent position with start February 1, 2016.
About the role
You will work continuously with improvements, strategies and visions within the department. We are looking for someone who can lead the department with focus on maximizes sales growth and profitability, and quickly and effectively bring products to market.
Your Duties:
• To lead the work with develop and execution if the self medication strategy.
(Product portfolio, distribution channels, investment prioritization, sales strategies and annual plans).
• You have the staff and budget responsibility for the department.
• You will work in close collaboration with Corporate in producing strategies and priorities for the Self-Medication Business.
• You will also work in the team with ?day to day? business.
Who are you?
You have a university/college degree, and at least 5 years experience in marketing (sales are preferably). You have experience from a management position and knowledge of the pharmacy market. You have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements and a proven leadership and ability to drive sales team. You have a very god business English both written and spoken.
