In this new role you have the opportunity to lead the newly merged Segment Offering and Channel Development team consisting of approx. 20 employees working to meeting our customers and employees needs in all our channels. In this role you will be leading teams that stay on top of, and drive: our employee and customer journeys, our customers' and employees 'preferences, now and in the future, our competitive landscape and define what generates most business and customer value. The above will be operationalized by defining the Target state - where we need to go, owning both employee and customer journeys as well as segments, concepts, and offerings (cross product/advise). Securing Governance, frameworks & guidelines together with defining clear prioritizations in channels and product development will be key.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Lead and inspire a team with a focus on improving both customer and employee journeys

• Demonstrate your knowledge of leadership to set the direction and lead a step change in Swedbank's Swedish Banking unit.

• Take ownership of improvement ideas, prioritize these against strategic objectives and shape them into tasks that can be successfully delivered

• Building trust with senior stakeholders with your ability to deliver value

• Collaborate with other team managers in Swedish Banking's Business Development unit to build a high performing business unit leading some of Swedbank's most strategic changes

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or a great reason for not having one

• Proven business development experience (10+ years)

• Demonstrable experience from banking or other financial services industry or otherwise a demonstrable understanding of how the banking/financial services operates

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders and maintain a strategic focus

• Track record of leading managers in formal roles

• Strong oral and written language and presentation skills (English & Swedish)
