Your role
Do you want to take lead in security operations at one of Saab 's most interesting and complex Business areas? Security is prioritized, on top management's agenda and crucial for competitiveness, profitability and trust on a challenging global market.
Saab business area Dynamics is recruiting Head of Security & Export Control within Business Unit Missile Systems.
As Head of Security & Export Control, you will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of everyday business alongside complex business environments and projects with high business impact.
In your role you will lead the Security & Export Control team, driving and coordinating operations within BU Missile Systems. Focusing on the areas of analyzing security risks, identifying and preventing security threats, handling of and compliance to external and internal security demands.
You will be manager for a team with competences such as,

business unit security manager
*
project security support
*
local site security officer - physical security
*
export control manager
and you will be part of the Business Support management team.
Your main tasks will be:
*
Leading and managing your team towards results within your area of expertise
*
Contributing to the Business Support management team with energy and solutions that support the entire department and Business Unit
*
Make sure that we are compliant through actions and co-operation with Business Area security and export control functions
*
To take initiatives to inform and educate our people within the Business Unit that are linked to security and export control matters.
All parts of protective security and export control management will be a major part of your everyday tasks and as manager, you will lead, guide and support others in the team.
Your profile
Required skills:
*
A university degree or equivalent competence acquired through work life experience in security risk and export control management
*
Several years of experience from working with security risk management and/or similar within the Saab context
*
Experience in coordinating operations
*
Experience from working with Swedish protective security
*
Leadership/management experience or interest
*
Good problem-solving skills and a team player
*
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
*
Experience from working for government authorities or in a global context including understanding of information security related issues in the business process
*
Experience from working with GSA 's, Classifications guides, security within contracts in and outside Sweden
*
Good knowledge about Saab 's routines and processes with experience from export control management
*
Ability to build and maintain networks and good relations inside as well as outside your own organization
*
Experience from working with incident handling and/or incident investigations
Personal qualities will be of great importance, you are a true team player, always focusing at the team's results and supporting the business and the company.
It is paramount that you are trustworthy with strong ethics and personal integrity and you understand the need for balanced security in a business-driven environment.
As Head of Security & Export Control within Business Unit Missile Systems at Business Area Dynamics, you will get in contact with classified information.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
