What you will be a part of
Group ICT is responsible for delivering IT tools and services to Saab's Business Areas, Market Areas and Group Functions. We are approximately 400 employees, working in close cooperation with consultants and vendors. You will also be a part of Saab Security, our cross-functional security organization.
Your role
Saab is looking to attract a strong and best in class Head of Security & Compliance to Group ICT, to develop and maintain a leading ICT security organization.As Head of Security & Compliance, you will be overall responsible for security and compliance across Saab ICT, and lead a central team of senior experts. You and your team will work in close cooperation with Group Security. According to our matrix-operating model, the role reports directly to the XX and functionally to the CSO. You will be a member of Saab's Security Council.Your fundamental mission is to secure that our daily ICT operations has a high degree of security, resilience and maturity, as well as ensure compliance with external and internal requirements.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
IT-security governance, including a systematic use of key performance indicators (KPIs)
IT-security management, both commercial- and classified networks
Supply chain security, incl. due diligence and vendor management
Security Risk Management, including a systematic use of risk assessments
Compliance monitoring and reporting.
Protective Security, incl. information-, physical- and personnel security (Säkerhetsskydd)
Insider Prevention, Security Awareness and Staff Training
Security operations (SOC) and incident response (IRT)
Your skills and experience
The ideal candidate will be an internationally experienced business minded security expert, and though leader with maturity and credibility to influence across a global organization. We believe you are a great communicator and a true team player.Cyber security risks has become a significant risk for most corporations, hence reflected in our ideal candidate, for example strong knowledge and understanding of information security in the context of risk management. We believe you are skilled in governance and risk management and understands our complex intelligence threat landscape. In addition, strong knowledge in standards, laws and regulations governing IT and security is necessary, for example Swedish Protective Security Regulations, ISO 27K, ISO 31K, NIST, CIS20, PM3, ITIL etc.To be successful in this role you have an academic degree in engineering, risk management, security or equivalent. You have probably extensive successful experience of leading teams. We believe you are a social and outgoing person with a great interest and understanding for business, IT, security and compliance.
