Vizrt Group is the world's leading provider of software defined visual storytelling tools. On our journey to help our customers tell "more stories better told" we are looking for a Head of Security to take our IT delivery to the next level.
We are currently in a transformation journey, adding new capabilities and touch points for our employees and customers. In this transformation we think that increased focus and coordination of IT & cyber security is a must and therefore have decided to consolidate the responsibility of IT and cyber security in one role. As our Head of IT Security, you will lead the work of IT and cyber security within Vizrt Group.
About you:
We think that you have spent a few years working in the area of IT and cyber security, both hands-on as well as leading others in teams and/or projects. As a person you like to take responsibility for your area, while driving and contributing to the team's efficiency by making things smarter/faster/better. You have the ability to translate theory to practical actions while balancing short term must-do's with long term gain.

You are an analytically oriented person and can share your insights and knowledge in a structured way with your colleagues. Sharing information and conclusions with others comes natural to you.

The Stockholm office has approximately 70 employees from more than 20 different nationalities representative at the office. We are located in a new and spacious office in Kista.
What you'll do:
• Manage the IT Security Operations work and drive cyber security across the entire Vizrt Group organization, including strategic roadmap and budgeting for initiatives under your responsibility
• Champion security culture and influence others to support and adopt security by providing training and guidance to other departments
• Driving change, improving IT security across Vizrt Groups applications and IT operations landscape. Sometimes by actively managing projects, in other occasions by supporting others in their projects
• In collaboration with IT Operations department, ensure we have up-to-date policies and standard operating procedures for alerts and incident management relating to IT security
• Collaborate with security counterparts in the RnD department on development, implementation and improvement of IT security standards, policies and roadmap
Who you are:
• Understanding of and experience in building a zero-trust architecture using modern infrastructure platforms & technologies such as Microsoft O365, Azure, Cloud, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as code, Salesforce, CMS, Windows among others
• Expert in Microsoft Security Reference architecture
• Knowledge in secure software development practices
• Service-oriented mindset with a good understanding of the balance between delivery and security
• You need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
It is of advantage if you have experience in or have obtained:
• Work experience from IT Security in a Software engineering setting
• ISO27001/27002 certification or similar
• Experience leading a Security Operation Center (SOC).
