Siemens Supply Chain Management / Procurement

From cost-cutter to value creator. Main responsibilities:
• Lead and further shape the Nordics procurement team with a direct responsibility for Pooling Indirect & Local Buying, Functional Excellence
• Define and implement the Procurement strategy and regulations for indirect material in accordance with the global Procurement standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the fields of digitalization and sustainability
• Be the advisor to executives and senior management functions for all Procurement-related topics
• Establish procurement as a trusted partner by understanding the stakeholder needs and providing excellent solutions
• Ensure the efficiency and productivity of Procurement operations including planning, controlling, and reporting
• Have a close collaboration with Headquarters and the global peer countries

• Member of country Finance Leadership Team, dual reporting line to West Europe & Africa SCM Head and Lead Country CFO
• Represent the Procurement related topics in the Lead Country management team and Headquarters and be a close link to the Siemens P2P community.
• A position with a wide range of responsibilities and the opportunity to create a significant business impact
Who are we looking for:
• An experienced hands-on leader with strong execution power who wants to transform Procurement into an innovative cross-country organization
• Strong customer and service focus and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Super passionate about working with people across functions and cultures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in English is key - additional languages from the Nordics are always welcome!
• Comfortable in leading and running international teams and cross-functional business virtually, but also have a readiness to travel
• University Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or comparable fields
