We are looking for a Head of Salesforce Sweden who wants to be part of Tietoevry Transform. Tietoevry Transform drives enterprise-wide transformation across customers' business processes, applications, and infrastructure.
When joining Tietoevry Transform as a Head of Salesforce Sweden
You are responsible for ensuring long-term positive development, a Roadmap for Competence development, and Partnership mgt with the Product provider.
You are responsible for developing the business' results both in the short-term and long-term.
You are unconditionally responsible for managing the business according to the management group's guidelines and instructions while achieving the main goal of the business.
You are of utmost responsible for driving through changes, improvements, and measures required to develop the business.
You are expected to, through your leadership, create conditions for a strong operating culture with positive attitudes, values, goals, and behaviors.
You are expected to, through your leadership, maintain and provide the best conditions for the business to continue being an attractive workplace and to continue reaching common business goals. Full financial responsibility for own profit unit.
Provides leadership to Salesforce managers, supervisors, and/or professional staff
Is accountable for the performance and results of related Salesforce team
Develops plans, including business, production, and/or organizational priorities for the Salesforce unit

The position does not involve extensive travel, but some travel activities are expected.
Whom we are looking for
You have experience of having full leadership in management positions such as People Manager, and Offering Manager in the CRM/Salesforce Domain, Salesforce technical background, and able to do the solutions for Large Transition & Transformation projects
Required Salesforce domain and Team management experience for managing a team of 10+ members
Must have Salesforce Offering and Business Development experience
Has often a technical or project management background
Set the priority for team members to assure task completion.
Establishes short- and mid-term plans in co-operation with the management team and participates in strategy creation.
You have a degree in Computer Engineering/ Application or other relevant degrees.
You have experience working with agreement negotiations and procurements.
You have experience in driving and being responsible for sales and customer relations.
You are used to working directly with the owner or the board.
You have good communicative properties and fluent language skills in English.

We also believe you have
Experience working in leading positions within Tech and the consulting industry.
Been part of a management team.
Experience of having profit and loss responsibility yourself.
Good understanding of Tech and the consulting industry.
