You will
SSI Schäfer works with all phases of project implementation and software development of fully automated and manual storage and logistics systems. We design, develop and produce solutions for e.g. warehouses and industry.
As the Head of Sales you will lead, develop and execute key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans in line with the overall business strategy. Your duties will include project sales, hitting annual targets, building long term customer relationships and analyzing market trends.
You work independently and drive the complete sales process. You will expand and strengthen relationships with customers, develop strategic account plans and take a leading role in their implementation. The projects are found in existing buildings, extensions, or greenfield projects offering market leading technology solutions. They include manual and automated solutions for storage, picking and sorting, conveyor system solutions, as well as waste management and recycling technologies.

You are
You have a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions, ideally from the automation or supply chain industry. You are a goal-oriented team player with experience from complex project sales and you have a strong entrepreneurial drive. You have very good social skills and a good sense of humor.

Experience:
- Business administration and/or technical degree
- Several years of experience from complex project sales
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes in warehouse management
-Experienced in negotiations and contract closing
-Good spoken and written English language skills
