What you'll do

As Head of Sales, you will lead and develop all our B2B sales activities for both existing and new customers. We believe that it's in your nature to explore the potential and possibilities of Open Banking. As a crucial part of our management team you will create, drive and execute on the sales growth strategy. We also see that you are a true business generator who understands the transformation financial institutes are going through. You strive to create and maintain good and long-term customer relationships. There are no rules or limits on how to find new opportunities in our growing market. Some of your daily work will consist of:

• Drive revenue growth and generate new sales, upselling and cross-selling with our existing customers
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including identifying customers' business models and target opportunities - to provide the best suitable solution for our customers '
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to develop valuable, strategic relationships
• Manage major contract negotiations
• Work alongside our product and marketing team to continuously improve the lead generation process. Providing market insights for internal forums and cross team collaboration
• Be responsible for recruiting and building our sales team

Your experience

• Academic degree or equivalent education
• 5+ years of relevant work experience preferably in Fintech/Technology/Financial Services with a clear track-record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
• Leadership experience and proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills
• Swedish work permit

• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English (other European languages are a plus)
