We are looking for the Head of Sales Readiness for Connected Vehicles.
Connected Vehicles unit in IoT BTEB focus on helping Vehicle Manufacturers innovate, make connectivity easy, and manage the complexity for connected vehicles. With Ericsson Connected Vehicle Cloud we enable the vehicle manufacturer to rapidly develop and manage new services for connected vehicles. The platform is tailored to fit the vehicle manufacturers' growing demand for scalability and flexibility with the necessary capabilities to support any connected vehicle service.
The position reports to Head of Connected Vehicles IoT BTEB and are part of the Connected Vehicle Leadership team. The role is responsible for a clear and strong value proposition for Connected Vehicle portfolio and the broader Ericsson Automotive positioning.

Job Description:
The Head of Sales Readiness will
Part of the Connected Vehicle Leadership Team
Drive development and maintenance of a clear and strong value proposition for connected vehicle portfolio.
Drive the development and execution of the Connected Vehicle positioning and marketing strategy within the Connected Vehicle Leadership Team, towards stakeholders, in close cooperation with Marketing & Communication BTEB
Drive unified communication strategy; including partnership, innovation and portfolio roadmap for automotive industry, in line with the value proposition.
Support the Connected Vehicle Sales Team with sales enablement tools
Engagement in relevant industry associations to drive Ericsson positioning (secure plan execution and budget control)
Lead strategic marketing engagements with key customers globally (as part of customer sales engagement plan)
Connected Vehicle interface to the Marketing & Communications organization.
Plan and budget ownership


Key competences and qualifications:
University degree/MBA in Engineering or Business
Strong business and financial acumen
Strong customer focus and solid experience in customer engagements
Extensive understanding of the vehicle manufacturer needs and be able to translate the customer's strategic directions into Ericsson offerings
Documented transport and automotive industry experience
Demonstrated ability to adapt and /or make changes and innovate
Demonstrable leadership skills with ability to manage cross functional team in a dynamic, fast-moving, international environment
Have a holistic view and ability to see the big picture.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial outlook and used to dealing with customers and partners at a senior level
Have the passion to deliver, win and execute.
