The Parts & Services business is a key contributor to the Scania bottom line result and we provide a forward-leaning attitude to business development. The organization is responsible for service sales within Scania and the mission is to develop the Parts & Services business with a long-term global perspective of supplying the right transport solutions for our customers - in order to maximize Scania sales, volumes, and profitability.
At Parts & Services we are now looking for a new Head of Sales and Global Sales Director with the energy and dedication to continue the path of success we have embarked. We offer a diverse and senior team with a commitment to finalize the journey of change initiated within Sales Management - securing a different and more strategic approach to the business for Scania, with a focus on the services contribution to our total offering and bottom line result.
In the role, you will provide the overall sales leadership, and your key responsibility is to enable good performance for the organization. Your seniority and experience will guide and coach, as well as secure we are able to take the next steps towards being a modern and efficient organization. Your ability to drive and implement change will be instrumental for success.
You are a part of the KP management team and you contribute to securing a landscape where the right decisions help us run and develop a professional and profitable business area, where sustainability is the guiding star. The role and organization also report to KY mgmt. Your voice in our team speaks for our customers.
Your profile
You are a visionary, inspiring, and passionate leader with a strong drive to develop our business and to lead the journey of being a leader in sustainable transport. You have extensive leadership experience, leading and developing other leaders, and you have a proven leadership record. Trust, communication, teamwork, and inclusion are your guiding leadership principles.
Through your leadership, you grow people and continuously enable a better environment and new normal. You have a high say/do ratio in what you are doing and you believe in teamwork for success. You are curious and eager to develop with new learnings. Your drive takes you far and you are able to channel it in a way that we identify and establish progress.
You have a background in the commercial side of Scania, with experience in the customer interface. You have good insights into the potential of services and an international experience is meriting, as well as the understanding of how to generate customer value.
