Head of Sales and Marketing role in Stockholm (Sweden)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The main objective is to develop and rollout mainline CIS, Baltics, Mongolia, Mainline and Mass transit business including private and industrial signalling system business at same region to a healthy growth using the RCS portfolio solutions. Plan, drive, and follow up activities within marketing, sales, strategy, product planning, and development. Be the sales, business development and marketing leader of the RCS solutions at the CIS, Mongolia markets place (Russia mass transit segment, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Mongolia). The focus should be on increasing the sales of RCS products to customers globally by winning the ?correct? projects that will allow RCS to develop the solution, recourses and market share in a controlled way. YOUR ROLE

• Identify new business opportunities, build up customer relations and to plan and achieve sales
• Develop, lead and coordinate the business and manage the core team, ensuring consistency by the implementation of BT processes
• Manage and ensure the flawless execution of contracts on hand, through the introduction of sound project management, to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations in terms of cost, scope, quality and planning
• Maintaining Business Plan and preparation of Business Cases
• Plan and manage the operating expenses, budget and capital expenditure as per the financial commitments.
• Create reports and reporting

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Independent business leader, being able to manage ?a company in the company?
• Sales skills but also strength to prioritize between opportunities
• Marketing skills and ability to understand the needs of clients
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Well-structured with planning skills
• Highly enthusiastic and positive
• Strong communicator
• Prepared to undertake business travel, as required, to CIS countries, Baltics, -Mongolia, other countries, etc.
• Entrepreneurial skills
• Existing network within railway signalling and/or automation
• 5 up to 10 years of proven experience
• Degree level in Engineering
• English and Russian business fluent are mandatory for this role
