Elastisys is a fast growing technology company that build and manage open source software and provide professional services in the cloud native space. Using a heavy dose of world renowned cloud research, we work with some of the most exciting companies in the world helping them on their cloud native journeys.
Founded in 2011, we are growing rapidly and are currently 25 employees, primarily located in Umeå.
We are experiencing high growth in both managed services and professional services and are looking to expand our management team with a Head of Sales to increase the pace of getting our offerings to the international market.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for either an experienced IT sales leader or someone with a deep technical and presales background that want to step into a sales management role.
You should be comfortable with international enterprise sales and partner management and preferably have experience building and leading a sales organisation. You will on a daily basis manage existing accounts and interact with prospective customers. You will be responsible for driving daily sales activities as well as leading the overall sales efforts, including implementing goals and processes for the sales team.
As a person you are driven, independent and result oriented. In addition you are a good listener, a real team player and have great communication skills - especially in English.
You will have a key role in Elastisys journey going forward and also be involved in business development around future offerings. You will report to the CEO and might have direct reports.
Experience from IT infrastructure or cloud is a plus.
Location: preferably Umeå, for the right candidates other locations can be considered. This position will require travelling.
