Bitumen Nordic is now recruiting Head of Sales North, Sweden
As the position holder you will together with the Sales Manager Sweden be long term responsible for the customer contacts within your geographical and market area of Sweden.
You will be direct reporting to Sales Manager Sweden.
You will both work in and keep surveillance of the market.
You will also see to that the commitment Nynas undertakes will be done according to the contracts.
Another responsibility in your position will be to forecast and manage the key account plans for the major clients within your region.
Furthermore the role means taking charge of following up the development of technique in the area of road building and assist customers with technical service in the use of Nynas products and see to that Nynas participates in road tests and introduces new products. You will also participate in varying information and education activities for customers and haulage contractors. In this position you will also be responsible for the availability of documentation as well as reporting project statuses, both internally and externally.
The successful candidate for this position, is required to have a good knowledge within the road building area, especially concerning pavements and preferably work experience in a leading position within current domains.
You are fluent in English. Knowledge in another international language is an advantage.
Good IT knowledge in MS Office
(particularly Excel) and Lotus Notes is a requirement.
Your educational background is High School or University graduation preferably within Chemical or Material technology and good knowledge and understanding of Marketing and Sales.
On the personal level you are responsible, loyal and have high business moral and ethics. You have the ability to work independently and under time stress and you are structured in personal planning.

degree of service attitude.
