We are now searching for a Head of Reward & Data Analytics Director to join our international People & Culture team.
The position
This role is perfect for someone who has a long history of managing reward and incentive structures across multiple asset classes including Private Equity, has owned and managed global year-end cycles and has a passion for people-related strategies.
Area of responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert to the Remuneration Committee and Partners
Understand our remuneration and incentives, across geographies and their asset-class specifics, and be the trusted source to influence a broad set of stakeholders
Own the promote allocation process and annual compensation review
Lead both the promote allocation process, and the annual compensation review process; alongside company-wide projects
Ensure that our approach to remuneration and incentives aligns with all regulatory requirements across our jurisdictions
Be a thought leader as a senior member of the People & Culture team; analysing and recommending strategies to improve the overall employee value proposition, and the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
Position top tasks
Manage promote processes: pool splits, allocation models, launch, and ongoing operations
Manage all components of annual compensation review: bonus and salary pool determination, market benchmarking, promotions, systems and communication strategies
Own data People & Culture analytics, reporting, and visualisation
Participate in People & Culture and company-wide projects
Work closely with a broad set of stakeholders: Remuneration Committee, senior management, Finance, Tax, Legal and Compliance, and manage external providers
Compensation and incentive package design across all levels
Develop our approach to job architecture, levelling, data systems, reporting, and data visualisation to enhance our ability to make decisions quickly and accurately
Maintain a close eye on regulatory developments across our jurisdictions, and develop policies to support
Work experience
Min 15+ years as reward specialist (with a preference for more)
Managed/operated global carried interest plans, processes, operations
Extensive experience owning/running global compensation reviews
Extensive experience with global remuneration committees and c-suite
Executive compensation and incentive design
Senior stakeholder management
Experience operating and influencing outside of Human Resources - eg Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations
Experience with job mapping and role levelling
M&A experience: assessing, integrating, standardising
Deep experience with global financial regulations
Worked across several industries in financial services
Extensive experience in global financial hubs
Experience with employee mobility
Policy creation
Systems: implementation, integration, management, RFI/RFPs, HRIS, ATS, payroll
Data surfacing and visualisation tools
3rd party provider relationship management
Strong connections in the marketplace with other reward and industry professionals
Education requirements
Master's Degree or local equivalent - topic less relevant, Human Resources or Finance likely
Professional certification, Human Resources or Finance likely
Fully proficient in English, and another European language
