Be part of an engaged team of professionals with different competences in the reporting area that complement each other. The core of the team is highly experienced in managing new regulations - interpreting regulations, writing requirements, design reporting solutions to support correct and efficient reporting. In addition, there are also data scientist roles in the team to manage ad-hoc data requests and to support in permanent IT reporting solutions. The team supports the operational reporting teams, where the day-to-day reporting is handled, and is also the unit that kicks-off the developing activities for new requirements. The team communicates with a lot of stakeholders in the Bank - with business areas to understand the underlying business that is to be reported, with IT for planning ceremonies including priority settings, with other departments such as Group Risk, Group Sustainability and Group Treasury. Good collaboration with all stakeholders is key for the team. As manager of the Reporting Change and Development team you will lead a team of 10 employees. This is a new team in the Financial and ESG Reporting unit to support in the reporting change and development area. The core of the team has up until now been part of a reporting Expert team in Group Finance but will now also add on more IT technical competences. Besides managing regulatory changes, focus for the coming years is to identify improvement areas and to act upon them to achieve high class IT solutions for best quality reporting. You will be working with a confident team with high competence that seeks opportunities and are eager to move forward towards reporting excellence. We value great teamwork and expect you to be a strong team-player as well! We challenge obstacles together and succeed or fails as a team. We are energetic, kind and humorous colleagues, who are very excited to welcome you as a new leader!

As leaders, we trust our people and delegate responsibility, we strive to build a team with an open, positive and transparent environment, where everyone can grow and have the possibility to learn from each other." Anna Greta Solhed, your future manager.
