What will be your daily work in this role:

• Monitor current legislative and policy developments and, in cooperation with Group Regulatory Affairs and other Group units, develop proactive policy approaches that are consistent with Swedbank's commercial and strategic objectives;

• Liaise with policy makers, supervisors and other public institutions and ensure that Swedbank has a strong voice in regional and national trade associations and other advocacy forums (e.g. EBF, ESBG and ECUC);

• Support GC&T organization with expertise, impact analysis and foresight in different relevant regulatory, policy areas and regulatory risks, including policy views in areas such as the cloud transformation journey, privacy area and collaborations with fintech.
