To support this journey we are now searching for a highly dedicated and dynamic manager for our Recruitment team.
Main Responsibilities
Together with the team you will develop, optimize and maintain recruiting and sourcing strategies, policies, metrics and procedures that map to Scania's values and priorities. Another important mission is to set up a strong collaboration with our Business Units HR team members and Business Leaders to build a genuine understanding of skills required according to business needs.
You will be responsible for all aspects of managing your team in daily operations, including hiring, coaching and development of the team. You are also responsible to lead your team in a direction that support company objective according to your assignment. You will report to Head of HR Support and be a part of the HR Support management team.
Your assignment will further include:
To develop our end-to-end recruiting processes. Operationalise strategies to emphasize global scale, speed, quality and diversity of hires, innovative hiring strategies, process efficiency, and client management and candidate satisfaction.
Continue to innovate on company strategy for candidate sourcing by leveraging all available tools: including social media, company website, job boards, employee referrals, recruiting tools and agencies where appropriate.
With expert knowledge, support global process teams to increase cooperation, alignment and best practices across functions and regions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
Expert knowledge and extensive experience from recruitment and related HR processes
Managerial experiences from leading teams
Experience in executing global processes and working effectively in a global team
Personal qualities:
High integrity and professionalism
Strong ability to challenge current state and develop concepts
Strategic and analytical thinking as well as business and performance driven
Structured, well planned and self-going
Optimistic, passionate and engaged
