Your role
You will be responsible for Surveillance Quality Governance function. The group will gather all quality governance to ensure harmonization and alignment of core methods and tools while uphold license to operate. The function also have the responsibility to ensue audit programs that not only uphold the license to operate but also improve the operations efficiency. The group will support Surveillance management with quality governance. This means:

Monitor new and changed legislation, standards etc. and make sure it is implemented in the organization in an efficient way
*
Point of contact regarding standards
*
Governance and development of effective process Management across the business area
*
Governance and responsibility for BA Surveillance management system
*
Support and governance for sites outside Sweden in the quality area
*
Governance for BA Surveillance PM&T structure
*
Responsibility and ownership for audit programs (and certifications), both external and internal. Administrate, plan, execute and follow up audit plans.

Governance for configuration management
You as responsible will have managerial responsibility for employees and report to the Surveillance head of quality. As your field of work spans our entire business, you will work closely with managers and management teams across Surveillance.

You are motivated by the challenge in developing operational efficiency while upholding compliance, regarding the two as interdependent rather than opposites. You express true integrity in your role and you are comfortable in leading as a line manager as well as a functional leader. Required skills:

Master degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience
*
Systematic and structured approach

Strong business understanding and customer focus
*
Proven ability and interest in leading, developing and challenging the organization, management teams and employees

Strong drive, perseverance and ability to generate energy
*
Experience in quality management and understanding of international standards for management systems
*
Proven leadership skills, previous management experience is required

Excellent analytical skills, including effective root cause analysis

Proven track record of effective change management
*
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, written and verbal
Desired skills:

Experienced in managing requirements on operations and process management
*
Audit management
*
Knowledge of Surveillance's product portfolio and operations
*
Knowledge of Saab's structure for process management
*
Experience from defence and/or aviation industry
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions, requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

Quality will be part of Operational Excellence at BA Surveillance, you will report to the Head of Surveillance Quality Management. You will interact throughout and outside of BA Surveillance and travelling will be required.
Base office location is at any of Surveillance's major Swedish sites Göteborg, Järfälla or Huskvarna. The Quality Governance function is new and a great opportunity for you to form our ways of working in the field of Quality.
