Your Role
As Head of Quality and Business Support, you will be responsible for overseeing Quality and Environmental Management systems and acting as the link between the BU and BA. Your role includes supporting and coordinating initiatives across areas such as Quality/Business Process Management, IS/IT, Document Management, Security Management, Environmental Management, Export Control, and Ethics & Compliance.
Your role will include:
* Participate in the BA Business Support Council and lead the BA quality/environmental Council
* Set and fulfilling objectives and expectations for the function
* Develop Ways of Working for the function
* Building relations with internal and external interfaces
* Prepare for Management review including analyses of data and prepare proposals for decisions.
* Plan and conduct audits in accordance with the agreed auditing process.
As Head of Quality and Business Support you will report directly to Head of the BU and also be part of the BU MT.
Your Profile
We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in quality management, who has the ability to build strong relationships and excels in collaborating with others. A strong foundation in quality management, either through experience or education, is essential, as we are looking for someone motivated to lead initiatives and foster continuous improvement.
Knowledge or experience in areas like security management, quality/business process management, export control, or environmental management would be an advantage. The role requires strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
