Your role
To Lead and develop our diverse Project Management Team, a core factor in our expanding Special Mission Aircraft department within Airborne ISR.
Trust and Openness are key values in our expansive phase bringing in new talent to work on several exciting ongoing projects and prospects. The Project Management team is involved with both Winning Business and Executing Business activities.
We are looking for a Leader with project experience to continue developing and expanding the team of highly skilled and motivated individuals.
The main tasks within the team are:
* Project Management
* Bid Management
* Main planning and Project Planning
* Configuration Management
* Task Management
You will be a natural part of the Department Management Team responsible also for the development of the growing Aircraft department.
Your profile
You are a committed and communicative leader with a great interest in developing the members in your team caring for our open and transparent environment keeping the overall organisation and its objectives in mind.
You appreciate engagement, openness and commitment and have a talent for building relations both within and outside the organisation where we have many stakeholders.
You have previous experiences in one or more of the main team tasks.
What you will be part of
Airborne ISR is a Business Unit within Saab Business Area Support & Services. We deliver Surveillance Aircrafts and support of delivered systems.
We are currently managing a number of ongoing major aircraft modification/integration projects. The business and the interests for our platforms are in an expanding phase with many interesting prospects.
