To support in this journey we are now recruiting to our new function, Finance Way & Innovation Office.

Finance Way & Innovation Office's purpose is to establish a centre of excellence with the aim to drive & support in the areas of process mgmt, program/project mgmt. and being the centre for governing change and digitalisation etc.

We are looking for a Head of Program & Portfolio Management. In that position you will have a central role in creating a dynamic organisation with strong focus and support from Finance executive management. The position includes being responsible for and managing our change program, ensuring delivery of ongoing changes, evaluating and identifying improvement areas as well as working on development issues. In addition, you will be responsible for a project portfolio with a large number of ongoing projects and you will have a wide network of contacts and cooperation both internally and externally. The change program has begun and affects all financial processes within Scania. You will report to the Head of Finance Way & Innovation Office and your workplace will be in Södertälje. As Head of Program & Portfolio, your area of ??responsibility will include leading our project office, PMO, incl F&BC's program portfolio and its governance. That includes a great team of employees as well as dedicated project resources needed from time to time.

Knowledge and experience required

We are looking for you as a passionate leader with proven experience in both coaching people and managing projects in change. You have an academic background in Finance / IT and proven experience of financial and commercial work, used to work with business and financial processes and organizational development. You are skilled at acting and guiding based on different methods and tools in change projects as well as used to preparing and presenting decision material on an executive level. The work includes international contacts, so you communicate fluently in both English and Swedish.

Your profile

As a person you are accountable and a brave, driven and operational leader. You are good at prioritizing, outcome oriented and used to handle a portfolio with many projects running simultaneously. Furthermore, you are analytical, challenging and a merit is also if you have experience of commercial dialogues. To enjoy this position you are a social person and you have a good communicative skills, since the work involves many contacts internally as well as externally.
