hela Sverige Nordic Choice Hotel is currently seeking a new leader to a growing Profit team.
Main Function:
Lead the Swedish and Danish Profit team to make sure we maximize the overall net revenues for all the Nordic Choice Hotel brands. Head of Profit Cluster (HPC) is responsible for the development of the cluster team and continuously work to ensure that Nordic Choice are at the forefront of Revenue and Profit Management in the Nordics. HPC works closely together with Hotel Operations, Sales and E-Commerce to device top-line strategies and amend these when necessary. HPC need to be strategic, analytical, goal oriented with a clear focus on the market position for Nordic Choice Hotel and at the same time show good leadership for the team.
Main focus will be to guide your team on a daily basis and to create conditions within the team to perform above expectation. HPC will work closely with the management team for Clarion Hotel, Quality Hotel and Comfort Hotel. HPC is expected to play an important role in the overall strategic plan for Nordic Choice Hotel. You will together with your team optimize revenue, both transient and group, through strategic planning, pricing and overall commercial awareness. Optimize overall business mix for the hotels according to brand and destination strategies and managing the relationship with sales and marketing.
The position as HPC involves travelling in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in finance, economics or business.
• Experience from similar positions.
• Analytical, structured and result oriented.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Energy, courage and enthusiasm.
